GRAMIN BANKERS ARE THE MOST SUFFERED CLASS TO GET JUSTICE IN INDIA

GRAMIN BANKERS ARE THE MOST SUFFERED CLASS TO GET JUSTICE IN INDIA , IN THE BANKERS CASE GOI’S ROLE IS JUST OF A LITIGANT & SCI’S JUSTICE DELIVERY SYSTEM IS ONLY FOR RICHER

honorable ,

I)The apex court on several occasions, through its judgments, has highlighted the issue of unequal access to justice, but hardly any serious attempt has been made to ensure ‘justice for all'.

II)As an ex-bank officer I have observed that for very petty causes bankers cost their services ,bank mngt enjoys services of costly lawyers ,even GOI is also enjoying similar position but economy condition of the bankers doesn’t permit him/her to get justice in a long drawn legal battle ,the irony is neither govt nor bank management accept the judgment of high court thus goes on appeal in SCI ,so justice system is only for richer people
the fact remains that 5-10 lakh per hearing charges can be peanuts for corporate houses, embroiled in legal battles, or a superstar makings 200 crore a film, or even for a ‘superstar activist’, so I have a question can a banker afford like that ?
I want to say clearly now a days MONEY POWER is playing key role to get justice in India to confirm my views I have two good examples ----

1)GRAMIN BANK STAFF/RETIREES ARE THE MOST HATED/NEGLECTED BANKERS OF INDIAN GOVT ,GOI IMPLEMENT HER 80% SCHEMES WITH THESE BANKS BUT NEVER CONSIDER DIRECTLY SALARY/PENSION OF THESE BANKS WITHOUT A COURT INTERFERENCE ,ONLY BANKERS IN INDIA OUT OF THEIR 45 YRS EXISTENCE ALREADY SPENT MORE THAN 30 YRS IN COURT ,CRUEL GOI WANTS THAT STAFF OF THESE BANKS MUST CONTINUE STRUGGLE IN THE COURT OF LAW THAT’S WHY GOI HAS IMPLEMENT PENSION REGULATION -2018 NOT IN THE LINE OF NCB , SCI JUDGMENT PASSED ON 25TH APRIL-2018 IN SLP (C) Union of India Vs Gramin Bank Pensioners Samiti & Another IS IMPLEMENTED BY GOI WITH GROSS VIOLATION ,IN FACT IT’S A MUDER OF THE SPIRIT OF JUSTICE BUT MORE SORRY STATE IS SCI IS NOT ATTRACTED YET TO THE UGLY ACTION OF GOI THAT’S WHY TILL TODAY SCI HAS NOT ACTED ON CONTEMPT CASE AS REGD CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION CONTEMPT PETITION (C) NO. 1798/2018 AND CONTEMPT PETITION (C) NO. 1800/2018 IN PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (C) NO. 39288 OF 2012 C. RAJA REDDY ETC.PETITIONERS VERSUS RAJIV KUMAR ...ALLEGED CONTEMNOR,

2) SCI has so many judgment on pension to CRS,RESIGNEE,REMOVED, DISMISSAL , favoring an individual but IBA doesn’t implement those as general to all & neither GOI nor bank accept as general ruling so number of such cases are increasing day by day in SCI by capable employee but larger number of economically weak employee are just proving helpless & have no option except to die in a pathetic situation

RELIEF SOUGHT FROM SCI/GOI

MAY WE HOPE WITH HONORABLE CJI,SCI ,SHRI SHARAD ARVIND BOBDE  ,TO TAKE UP THE MATTER EARLIEST IN CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION CONTEMPT PETITION (C) NO. 1798/2018 AND CONTEMPT PETITION (C) NO. 1800/2018 IN PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (C) NO. 39288 OF 2012 C. RAJA REDDY ETC.PETITIONERS VERSUS RAJIV KUMAR ...ALLEGED CONTEMNOR, IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE

OR GOI
GOI has wrongly introduced the pension regulation 2018 in gramin bank with effective from 1stApril 2018 sir this is gross injustice with the staff of gramin bank ,please amend it with 1st November-1993 as it is implemented in NCB .
