I AM CALLED AS ANTI-MANAGEMENT PERSON



I AM CALLED AS ANTI-MANAGEMENT PERSON  BUT YOU MUST KNOW THE REAL FACTS .

DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRY  DOESN’T MEAN ONLY TO PUNISH ,IN FACT IT IS THE WAY OF OPPORTUNITY FOR CSO TO IMPROVE HIS/ HER CONDUCT ,NOW A DAYS THIS PRINCIPLE IS BEING IGNORED BY THE DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY OF EVERY BANK , IT IS THE SET RULE THAT THE IRREGULARITIES WHICH CAN’T BE RECTIFIED THOSE CAN BE A CAUSE OF DE BUT THE IRREGULARITIES WHICH ARE FIND OUT DURING AUDIT & CAN BE RECTIFIED THROUGH COMPLIANCE ARE BECOMING A CASE OF CHARGE SHEET , THIS THE DIFFERENCE OF MY OPINION WITH DA ,THUS I AM CALLED AS ANTI-MANAGEMENT PERSON

विभागीय जांच का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कार्मिको के आचरण में सुधार लाना ,यदि उसने आचरण नियमो का उल्लंघन कर बैठा है तो इसका यह अर्थ नहीं की उसे बर्खास्त ही कर दिया  जाए जब तक वह गंभीर और बेंक को क्षति पहुचानेवाले कार्य न करे, एवं विभागीय जांच भी सिर्फ उन प्रकरणों में किये जाएँ जिसमें  सुधार संभव नहीं है लेकिन देखा जा रहा की सामान्य आडिट आपत्ति के प्रकरण भी विभागीय जांच के विषय है ,बेंक प्रबंधन से मेरी इसी मुद्दे पर असहमति है और मै उसका विरोध करता हूँ ,इसलिए प्रबंधन विरोधी कहलाता हूँ 

DEAR Rachuri Dharma Rao, ,DURING MY BHILAI  TENURE ,YOU WERE MY EVERY DAY’S  MEETING FRIENDS  SO NEVER THINK THAT YOU ARE UNKNOWN TO ME  , YOU KNOW WE DISCUSSED ONLY SERVICE MATTER  & NOTHING ELSE ,   I JUST SAW YOUR COMMENTS AS----

SAVED AN ACCUSED OF GAMBLING , BECAUSE PUNISHMENT WAS TOO HARSH

One can call me anti management person  but you know me better that I belief in law abiding man thus I expect  that bank mngt should  also belief  in law but I am observing no banks want to act as per law then litigation starts ,99% problems can be solved if banks will act as per law in the staff matters ,maximum banks are using DE as a tool for punishment , I have studied some charges of some banks ,there were no reason to inflict penalty of dismissal but DA used frequently ,this is inhuman act , I remember one stance during my tenure in DRGB ,one officer was sent to jail for one day  for gambling ,it was criminal case so chairman dismissed him without conducting any inquiry ,I approached the chairman & said sir he is not habitual of gambling ,it was DEEPAWALI when he was playing cards with his friends so it should not be a serious matter  of criminal case & bank should inflict penalty of dismissal ,chairman heard me & smiled thus without a court interference A DISMISSED was reinstated ,
