SIX BIG ISSUES OF GRAMIN BANKS ON WHICH I AM DEVOTING MY LABOR , EVERY ACTIVE FRIENDS /UNIONS MUST PAY FULL ATTENTIONS
1) Pension from the date of retirement or from 1st November-1993 when it was effected in NCB ,
2) Pension to punished class with the same date as it will be effected to other class of retirees
3) Pension to resignees as why they should not be treated as VR resignees ?
4) Illegal recovery of PF advance with intt by all RRBS ( SBI SPONSORED) by wrongly interpreting of regulation –3 , in CRGB alone at 400 retirees are sufferers , no UNIONS are serious with this matter in fact their leaders are unable to get this point logically , more over even a future judgment of SCI will not give any relief to the sufferer .
5) To implement CVC guideline that inordinate delay of suspension period should be reckoned for the purpose of pension , yesterday a CVC official has said to send the detailed representation with this regard directly to Delhi office via regd dock & not by email .
6) SCI judgment is called law of land then why again litigation for the same cause ? the best example is gratuity case of Madhyanchal gramin bank why GOI doesn’t implement as uniformity in all RRBS how only an individual bank can be benefited alone , is it not the mockery of rules by the litigant GOI ?
