गुमनाम शिकायतों पर बेंक द्वारा जांच कार्यवाही किया जाना विधिविरुद्ध है ।

CONDUCTING INQUIRIES ON ANONYMOUS & PSEUDONYMOUS  COMPLAINTS ARE NOT IN ORDER & IT IS AGAINST CVC GUIDELINE TOO

(It’s a case of regional rural bank )

गुमनाम शिकायतों पर बेंक द्वारा जांच कार्यवाही किया जाना विधिविरुद्ध है और
CVC GUIDELINES के भी विरुद्ध है (केस ग्रामीण बेंक से सम्बंधित है)

Respected Shuklaji , before 6 months a go some anonymous complaints without having names have been lodged against me ,where complainants have reported to chairman that I accept bribe while I sanction loans , in response I clarified the chairman that the complaints are false with ill motivated more over the complaints are restricted to only one village , but to my astonish the chairman has sent a two men team to enquire the matter so sir tell me how to respond ,is there any protective law/guideline available for me

Dear RRBIAN , responding your query as under--------

KNOW “CVC GUIDELINES”  How to deal with anonymous and pseudonymous complaints?

Para 3.8.1 of the CVC Manual provides that as a general rule, no action is to be taken by the administrative authorities on anonymous/pseudonymous complaints received by them. It is also open to the administrative authorities to verify by enquiring from the signatory of the complaint whether it had actually been sent by him so as to ascertain whether it is pseudonymous. CVC has also laid down that if any department/organisation proposes to look into any verifiable facts alleged in such complaints, it may refer the matter to the Commission seeking its concurrence through the CVO or the head of the organisation, irrespective of the level of employees involved therein. Besides, any complaint referred to by the Commission is required to be investigated and if it emerges to be a pseudonymous, the matter must be reported to the Commission. 6. What action is required in the case of false complaints?

WHETHER THOSE GUIDELINES ARE APPLICABLE FOR BANKS ALSO ?

Though the CVC has made guiding principle for herself but since CVC  is the supervisory authority for corrupt cases so why the guiding principle should not be applied in every bank ?means dear RRBIAN the action of your bank is not in a order
